Format
- A four-person best shot format
|
Features
- Automobile for hole-in-one on selected holes.
- Prizes also awarded for longest drive and longest putt on
several holes, low team score, closest to pin on all par 3s.
- Prizes for top fundraisers
- Registration prizes for all golfers.

Cost
- $300 per person. Includes golf, cart, driving range,
refreshments, dinner, gifts and awards. Remember, golfer can obtain
donations to cover golf fee.
- All entry fees will go directly to the support of Heartland
Youth for Christ.

Schedule
- Driving Range Open and Check-in 10:00 a.m.
- Team Photographs 10:30-12:00
- Welcome, Rules, Prayer 12:15 p.m.
- Shotgun Start: 12:30 p.m.
- Dinner and Awards Banquet 6:00 p.m.

| If you were scheduled to play in June, please coordinate
with your team and contact us to confirm your spot and verify if you are
planning on staying for dinner.
